Countryside Home Builders has been a reputable company in the Council Bluffs home building industry for over 10 years. Daniel Mann, owner and builder, founded the company in 1997. 

Countryside Home Builders is an honorable member of the Better Business Bureau.  Daniel Mann is the President of the Council Bluffs Building and Trades Association.  We participate in the annual Council Bluffs Spring and Fall Parade of Homes and the Spring Home Show at the Mid-America Center.  His close involvement with the community allows him to provide the service and expertise needed in the home building industry.
