Countryside Home Builders has been a reputable company in the Council Bluffs home building industry for over 10 years.  Daniel Mann, owner and builder, started the company in 1997.  Since then, he has built numberous homes that are located in various areas around Council Bluffs and the in surrounding communities.

Daniel Mann not only manages every step of the building process, but also gives his undivided attention to the homeowners, their requests and expectations. He has a reputation for craftsmanship, custom designs and excellent customer service.  Dan expects the highest standards out of the homes he builds.
